SPLIT 1 is a chair sporting a modern, minimal design: The shell is the same as the Split chair, but this time, the legs are made from steel, which comes in a galvanized option, coated in the same color as the seat, or chrome plated. Split 1 features a highly versatile design given the endless color combinations and the fact it can be stacked, up to 6 high. The chair model is suited to public settings, like bars and restaurants – paired with the tall bar stool in the same design – or study halls, conference rooms and libraries. This seating collection, designed by Francesco Media, includes several versions, differing in size and the material used for the frame, which comes in a choice of plastic, wood or metal.
